IMPORTANT SCOPE INFORMATION

Our standard commercial property inspections are performed according to the agreed proposal and the CCPIA Commercial Standards of Practice.

A standard commercial inspection should not automatically be represented as an ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessment. When a client, lender or contract requires an ASTM-based assessment, probable-cost tables, specialist evaluations or a particular due-diligence format, those requirements must be identified before the proposal is prepared.
